Lemonade Health Benefits

This summer try healthy and very cheap drink. Actually i am talking about lemonade. This is very classic but very popular drink. The Lemon contain many vitamins and nourishing like vitamin"C", vitamin"A", vitamin"B6", vitamin"E", Phosphorus, copper, zinc, iron, calcium, magnesium, pantothenic acid, riboflavin, potassium and proteins.


Make a glass of lemonade you need few things...

  • A glass of water
  • Some peaces of lemon
  • Salt (if you like)
  • Sugar 2 tablespoon
  • Ice cubes


Squeeze lemon into water and add sugar add salt little bit. Mix that all things and drop ice cubes into glass. Your tasty healthy lemonade is ready to enjoy.
